Since September 15, 2022, the DGEN has implemented a digital creation assistance program
Who is it for?
The Digital Creation Assistance – ACN is intended for small Polynesian businesses (individual and legal entities, including associations) whose annual turnover is less than or equal to 25,000,000 XPF.
This new program aims to promote and encourage the creation of websites and mobile applications so that small Polynesian businesses can present or sell their products or services online.
Eligible beneficiaries for this assistance are individuals residing in French Polynesia or legal entities established in French Polynesia whose annual turnover is less than or equal to 25 million Pacific francs. Public legal entities and mixed economy companies are excluded from the program.
Beneficiaries must:
- Be registered in the Territorial Business Register;
- Be registered in the Trade and Companies Register, where applicable;
- Be up to date with social and tax obligations;
- Not be subject to a declaration of cessation of payments or undergoing receivership or judicial liquidation proceedings.
What is the ACN?
The ACN provides co-funding for the design and development of websites and/or mobile applications.
The amount of assistance cannot exceed 350,000 XPF, nor exceed 50% of the total expenses incurred in French Polynesia.
Eligible expenses, incurred in French Polynesia, include:
- Personnel costs related to the project
- Service fees related to the project
Expenses incurred by the applicant business before submitting the aid request are not eligible under this program.
